Currently some Blackboard users are seeing an error screen when accessing files in their courses. This issue is associated to elevated 530 errors when retrieving files from the CDN, which is powered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare is aware of the issue and working on a fix. An alert will be posted once the issue is resolved.
The Panopto/Blackboard integration is experiencing an increased error rate with Chrome and Edge browsers. Panopto Inc. is aware of this and working on a resolution. On August 15th at 10:38 AM, the Panopto cloud server announced that is it currently experiencing issues. Panopto Support Server Status. This issue will affect many of Panopto’s features, including provisioning. Their server operations team has been notified and they are working on the issue now.
