The Panopto/Blackboard integration is experiencing an increased error rate with Chrome and Edge browsers. Panopto Inc. is aware of this and working on a resolution. At this time, the workaround is to try using another browser or to go directly to https://towsonu.hosted.panopto.com, selecting Blackboard from the drop down to sign in, then go back to Blackboard to view the video.
