What library technology interactions do students want from us today?

Academic libraries often struggle to determine where and how to engage with students virtually. What devices are they using and for what purposes? What social media platforms do students use—and do they actually want to see the library there? Do they want to ask us questions in these informal digital spaces, laugh at our funny memes, or just get essential announcements and get out? This session will explore these and related questions, using data collected over time from a survey repeated in 2017, 2013, and 2010.

This session was presented live and recorded at TCAL 2020 on August 12, 2020.
