Equitable Delegation: Task Distribution in the Face of Power Imbalance

Join this workshop to discuss and troubleshoot the common problems in delegating while working in groups with unequal power dynamics, from both the perspective of group leaders and of group members. We will also discuss overcoming reluctance to delegate due to a sense of perfectionism or fear of overburdening others.
