Jonas Pereira is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Physics at the Federal University of ABC in Santo André, Brazil. He is an unusually versatile theorist whose interests range from condensed-matter physics to gravitation, general relativity and astrophysics. He visited Towson University from 2015-2016 and collaborated with me on the following project:
