Some Mac users are currently experiencing a log in issue on Blackboard and other TU services. First, please try updating both your browser and your computer’s operating system. At the bottom of the error message, there should be an option to click on Advanced, then Proceed to… (unsafe) in order to get past the warning.
As of 1pm on April 23, 2020, the McGraw-Hill Connection with Blackboard is showing an error. Blackboard Inc. and McGraw-Hill Inc. Engineers are working to fix the issue. Users can still access McGraw-Hill textbook directly from the McGraw-Hill website. As of 4/23/2020 2:15pm the connection has been restored.
Instructors may notice that a student who has never accessed their Bb course shows a Last Accessed Dated. This is not happening in all courses. Blackboard Inc is working on a fix but has no release date for the fix at this time. There is currently no work around.
Blackboard Inc. Engineers will be performing maintenance on the Blackboard App and the Blackboard Instructor App for mobile devices on December 16, 2019 10:30pm – December 17, 2019 3:30am. During this time, the mobile apps will be unavailable, but you will be able to access Blackboard via a computer.
The Akindi service will be unavailable from December 27-30, 2019 for a move to the Google Cloud. During this time, instructors will not be able to access their account, create or edit assessments, or download or upload test sheets.

There is currently an issue with Inline Grading and Grade Center within Blackboard. Opening an assignment attempt is taking longer than normal and a preview of the submission is not visible. Blackboard Inc. Engineers are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
