Issue Description: Weighted Gradebook Columns. Incorrect value for Certain Percentage Spread. Even when testing with the same values just in a different order this seems to fail.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Select Grade Center > Full Grade Center
2. Create 5 columns, numbered 1-5
3. Create a Weighted column, called A
4. Assign the following columns the following weighting:
   • 1: 10%
   • 2: 10%
   • 3: 20%
   • 4: 30%
   • 5: 30%
5. Note that the points possible (viewed via Quick Column information) is 100
6. Create a Weighted column, called B
7. Assign the following columns the following weighting:
   • 1: 30%
   • 2: 30%
   • 3: 10%
   • 4: 10%
   • 5: 20%

Observed Behavior:
Note that the points possible (viewed via Quick Column information) is 99.99999

Note: to view the quick column information mouse over the Weighted total column, directly above the grade center spreadsheet you will see the quick column information.

At this time there is no fix for this issue.

Click on Work Offline in the Full Grade Center and select Download

Click submit to download and open the file in MS Excel

You will see the place value has been corrected and can verify the students weight total percentage
