When launching Qwickly Attendance, users are receiving a Session Error message and are unable to reach Qwickly Attendance. Qwickly Inc. Engineers are working on resolving this issue. More information will be posted as it becomes available.

On Friday July 5, 2024, from 7:00-8:00pm, Qwickly will be down for scheduled maintenance. During this time, Qwickly Inc. Engineers will be working on updates for the platform. This downtime will include Qwickly Attendance, Qwickly Course Tools, and Qwickly Jot.

Blackboard Inc. has put a fix in place to resolve the issue with intermittent email delivery issues. Emails that were sent during this time that were not delivered should be resent.

Users should no longer experience issues opening documents on Blackboard. If you experience further problems, please contact Blackboard Support.

CloudFlare has put a fix into place for this issue. If you continue to have issues access files, please clear your cookies and cache, then contact Blackboard Support.

Blackboard Inc. will be updating the Blackboard database on August 12, 2021. This process will begin at 2:00am on August 12, and is expected to take approximately 90 minutes to complete. During this time, Blackboard will be unavailable.

Blackboard Inc. Engineers will be performing maintenance on the Blackboard App and the Blackboard Instructor App for mobile devices on December 16, 2019 10:30pm – December 17, 2019 3:30am. During this time, the mobile apps will be unavailable, but you will be able to access Blackboard via a computer.

The Akindi service will be unavailable from December 27-30, 2019 for a move to the Google Cloud. During this time, instructors will not be able to access their account, create or edit assessments, or download or upload test sheets.

At approximately 11:35am, the integration which supports Inline Grading of assignments went down. This caused assignment submissions in the grade center to take a long time to load and would not show previews to the instructors while attempting to grade. There is currently an issue with Inline Grading and Grade Center within Blackboard. Opening an assignment attempt is taking longer than normal and a preview of the submission is not visible. Blackboard Inc. Engineers are aware of the issue and working to resolve it.
