Google Chrome is testing a new feature on their browser settings that would turn off third-party cookie tracking for their users. This change will affect how Blackboard users interact with the browser after clicking on a link inside of Blackboard to an integrated tool, such as VoiceThread, Panopto, or textbook publishers.
