On Sunday, September 22, 2024, from approximately 5:45pm until Monday, September 23, 2024 at 3:15am, Blackboard had intermittent issues. Most users were unable to access Blackboard. On Friday July 5, 2024, from 7:00-8:00pm, Qwickly will be down for scheduled maintenance. During this time, Qwickly Inc. Engineers will be working on updates for the platform. This downtime will include Qwickly Attendance, Qwickly Course Tools, and Qwickly Jot.
Blackboard Inc. has put a fix in place to resolve the issue with intermittent email delivery issues. Emails that were sent during this time that were not delivered should be resent.
There is currently an intermittent issue affecting emails sent by users through Blackboard. Sometimes the emails will not send successfully.
Users should no longer experience issues opening documents on Blackboard. If you experience further problems, please contact Blackboard Support.
