On Saturday, June 10, Panopto Cloud customers will be upgraded to Panopto 5.4. Please note the updated downtime below. We apologize for the confusion.
NA cloud customer sites will be offline from 8:00pm to 12:00am EDT.
During the time your site is offline, you will not be able to access recordings on your server, and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a “Server unable to connect” message.
We’ll be sharing more information on what’s new in Panopto 5.4 soon, so stay tuned.

There is no work around or fix for this issue. The upgrade must run its course before the videos can be accessed again.
