Last week, OTS began troubleshooting an issue with the quality of Webex, Zoom and other videoconferencing calls for on-campus clients. When joining video calls from on-campus, attendees may experience audio cutting in and out, and other similar issues with call quality.
OTS is continuing to work closely with our network vendor to identify the exact cause of the issue. Signficant troubleshooting has been underway since we reported the issue last week, and we will continue to work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We’ll post additional updates on this OTS Alerts page.
