10 West Network Outage

The network in 10 West is offline due to a BGE power disruption and will come back online when power is restored. OTS will continue to monitor the situation.

Resolved: Intermittent Network Issues

Resolved: Our Internet Service Provider MDREN has confirmed that the root cause has been identified and that the issue has been resolved. Please use TechHelp (https://techhelp.towson.edu) to contact OTS if you continue to experience issues.

Update: Intermittent Network Issues

Update: Other Maryland schools are reporting similar Internet connectivity issues as TU. Our Internet Service Provider MDREN is looking into the issue, and OTS will post any an updates.
