Earlier this week, OTS became aware of issues with the quality of Webex, Zoom and other videoconferencing calls for on-campus clients.  When joining video calls from on-campus, you may experience audio cutting in and out, and other similar issues with call quality.

OTS staff have been troubleshooting the issue this week, and are working closely with our network vendor.   We will post updates once we have additional information or have resolved the issue.
