Today in TU History: A Pyromaniac Stalks the Student Bathrooms

On January 1st, 1967, an unknown Towson student blew up a toilet in the men’s bathroom in Richmond Hall. The blast utterly destroyed the poor commode and shattered a window in the bathroom; it was said by students that they could feel the floor shaking.

Legend has it that this mysterious student was notorious for blowing up teacher’s pencil sharpeners and various other classroom items during the 60’s. He was never caught.
