The NetID Management system (http://www.towson.edu/netid) is currently not sending text (SMS) messages with one-time passcodes when trying to reset a forgotten password or update a password recovery mobile number.

Engineers are investigating and working with our SMS provider to resolve the issue, but a resolution is not likely until at least tomorrow.  We will post an update once we have more information or the issue is resolved.

Please note that you can still use a personal email address to send a one-time passcode to reset a forgotten password, or even use security questions and answers.  If you have not set them yet, you can update them using the appropriate link at http://www.towson.edu/netid .
