Individuals using the one-time passcode method for resetting a forgotten or expired passwords for their NetID may not be receiving the one-time passcode via email tonight.  OTS will work to resolve the issue tomorrow and post an update.

In the meantime, please either use the mobile phone (SMS text) option for receiving a one-time passcode or using the security question and answer method.  All methods are available from the NetID Management page at http://www.towson.edu/netid
