OTS teams continue to work with our network equipment vendor to resolve a significant issue. The issue is preventing on-campus/resident students from using any campus IT services or the Internet. It is also preventing any Comcast/Xfinity home users from getting to campus IT services.

OTS is working hard to try to provide connectivity to services within the hour. We will post updates as soon as we have them.

On-campus students can connect to services by visiting any open computing labs on campus, including Student Computing Services lab (open until 11pm) or Cook Library labs (open 24/7), both located in Cook Library.
