Earlier today, OTS identified the cause of the issue we saw this morning, and took some corrective actions to improve the situation. As of approximately 11:30am, there was no longer a noticeable issue on campus. OTS is carefully monitoring the network to confirm if the corrective actions we took will serve as permanent fixes. We continue to work closely with our vendor to ensure we have a permanent resolution in place.

Unless there are additional issues, OTS will not post additional alerts about this incident.
