OTS is continuing to investigate the cause of the issue in which some individuals on TU’s wireless networks are not able to access websites. Engineers are currently working with support teams from three different vendors to try to identify the root cause so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will post again as soon as we have updates.

This issue does not affect computers connected via a wired network cable. Using TU classroom and lab computers instead of wireless devices will result in a more stable experience.
