OTS is working to resolve an issue with the NetID Management System.  Certain self-service functionality (like updating your profile or your recovery information) is currently paused (or delayed) while we work to troubleshoot and resolve the underlying issue.  Password resets should still be possible at this time. In addition, provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts and access is also paused or delayed.  OTS will post a follow-up message once there’s an update.
