Individuals using the one-time passcode method for resetting a forgotten or expired passwords for their NetID may not have been receiving their one-time passcode via email last night. Emails are again being sent, but OTS is continuing to work with our vendor to determine a root cause for the issue.
As a reminder, one-time passcodes for password resets can be sent via email or by using the mobile phone (SMS text) option, and there’s also a separate password reset option that relies on your security questions.
