OTS is currently working with our Webex vendor (Cisco) to diagnose an issue that started to appear earlier this week.
For those using the new Webex (Webex Teams) app, the app will not be aware of upcoming meetings in Outlook (faculty/staff) or Google Calendar (students). For the moment, you will need to use the “Join” link within the meeting invitation to join the meeting.
In addition, those using the Webex Teams app may find that the app is unaware of any meetings currently in progress within the older Webex Meetings app.
