Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 cups of All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Cream the butter with the white and brown sugar in a bowl until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 325 Fahrenheit
- Add in egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture
- In a separate bowl sift the dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, salt)
- Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until well combined. Then add the chocolate chips and pecans
- Portion the dough onto a cookie sheet
- Bake for 15-17 minutes and then take them out to cool
