Academic Advising: First-semester schedule, registration, or advising concerns…email freshreg@towson.edu or use the live chat for Academic Advising, found on their website.
Admissions: If you have questions about enrollment contracts, deferring or cancelling enrollment, or need to check that your High School/college transcripts or AP/IB scores were received, check with admissions. They have a live chat available.
New Student Programs: If you have questions about orientation or the CliftonStrengths assessment, visit this page or email newstudentprograms@towson.edu. New Student Programs is also a great place to start if you have questions about items on the To Do list.
Housing: Any questions about eligibility or future eligibility, roommates, room assignments, rules, etc: check with housing. They have a live chat available during business hours, found on their webpage.
Finance: Anything relating to FAFSA, financial aid, rebates, or loans, visit financial aid. They have a live chat that you can use during business hours. If you specifically have a billing question, visit the Bursar’s Office webpage or email bursar@towson.edu
Health Center: Any questions about immunization requirements, prescription pick ups, alcohol prevention and prescription addiction courses, sexual violence prevention program, etc, visit the Health Center webpage or email healthcenter@towson.edu
Parking: Any questions about where to park, getting a permit, whether you can have a car on campus, etc, visit their webpage or email upark@towson.edu
Dining: If you have questions about eating on campus, meal plans, specific food availability, etc, visit Dining’s page. They have another website (linked on that page) where you can see more detailed menus and details about certain food options and availability.
Accessibility and Disability Services: Any questions about Campus Accessibility, Class or Campus Accommodations should go to ADS. They have a live chat. If you think that you may qualify for support from this department for health, disability, or mental health related reasons, you should absolutely get in touch with this department.
Veterans’ Center: for questions relating to military-related services or benefits, visit the TU Veteran Center Page or email tuvetcenter@towson.edu
Tech Issues: relating to your NETID or email address, contact Student Computing Services, scs@towson.edu. Their webpage and live chat can be found here.
Textbooks: Visit this webpage to get book lists for each class. Professors may not post book lists until closer to the beginning of the semester, and existing book lists may change. It is also a good idea to price compare on other websites, as they can vary and be less or more expensive in other places.
