I’m pleased to share that our paper, “Advancing Machine Learning Strategies for Power Consumption-based IoT Botnet Detection,” has been accepted for publication in Sensors (MDPI).
This work expands our research in power side-channel–based botnet detection. We extensively evaluated a broad range of deep learning approaches on widely used power datasets to push the current state of the literature, and we highlight key trade-offs and optimal strategies for power-based IoT botnet detection
