David Wizer, Ph., D. started at Towson University in 1997 as an Assistant Professor. He has previously served as Graduate Program Director and Department Chair of the Department of Educational Technology and Literacy. David Wizer is a co-founder of the doctoral program in Instructional Technology at Towson University.
David Wizer earned his doctoral degree in Education- Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Md., College Park in 1991. He also earned a MS degree from the University of Md., College Park in 1985.
