SimTeach@TU is an innovative, virtual reality environment powered by Mursion that allows pre-service K-12 teachers to engage with a realistic classroom environment to practice their skills in a safe setting while also receiving feedback from instructors and peers.

Originally created by University of Central Florida (UCF) under the name TeachLive, Mursion has had success in the world of pedagogy. While using SimTeach@TU, students have been excited to collaborate with one another to find the best course of action to a given pedagogical problem.

Towson University is among the first wave of schools applying this technology in an educational setting.
