As a part of the Student Spotlight series, Ani Allen provides as reflection about her time as a student worker in the University Archive for the Fall of 2023.

Working on the blog and timeline research was a very interesting project, considering what can be learned, taught, and created in your own power. In working on these projects, I found it interesting how much history Towson actually has. It was very interesting to learn about the different significant people that are connected to Towson today. There were many resources available to me during this process – I used plenty catalogs, blog posts, yearbooks, and other internet resources information to help. A challenge I faced was piecing the information together from many different sources, it was almost like dealing with a puzzle.
