Scheduled phone service maintenance complete

The issue with outbound calls encountered during the maintenance work has been resolved. Off-campus inbound and outbound calls have been tested and are operational now. The maintenance work is now complete.

Scheduled phone service maintenance begins. As a reminder, inbound and outbound calls from off-campus will be unavailable from 6-10 PM during the maintenance work. OTS will post updates as needed or when work is complete.

Multiple Services Affected

A configuration issue is affecting multiple systems, including Power BI, NetID and Group Management, and others. OTS Engineers are aware of the issue and working quickly to resolve it.

Blackboard MS Office Files Not Opening

File Delivery Service (FDS) Issue Resolved
