UPDATE: The issue affecting some users not seeing any files in their personal H: drives has been identified, and the resolution is in progress. Note: Microsoft OneDrive files are unaffected.

Personal H: Drive Issues

OTS has received reports of some users not seeing any files in their personal H: drives. OTS Engineers are aware and are investigating the issue. We will provide updates as necessary or when the problem is resolved. Note: Microsoft OneDrive files are unaffected.
