TechHelp is experiencing delays in processing tickets generated from messages sent to email addresses including Blackboard and replies from TechHelp notifications. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update when the vendor provides more information....

OTS has noticed that TechHelp is not loading or is slow to load. We are monitoring the situation and working with the hosting provider to correct the unexpected behavior.
