Emails to AOL are not being delivered

OTS has confirmed email delivery problems to AOL accounts. A request has been submitted to AOL for removal from their blocked lists. A follow-up alert will be posted as new information is available.

Since 9:30 am this morning, some incoming email from off campus has been delayed.  The issue has been resolved so the delayed email should start to flow in over the next hour or so.

OTS has received several reports of delayed email to and from external (non-Towson) email accounts. Delays of several hours have been reported, however, not all external email is affected. Engineers are looking into a resolution for this issue.
