Email delivery may be delayed for some users. There is currently an issue with the Ironports and mail flow. Engineers are aware of the issue and working quickly to resolve.

The previously reported delays in sending and receiving email have been resolved.

OTS has identified that email is being delayed to and from external (non-Towson) email accounts. Delays up to 1 hour have been seen, however, not all external email is affected. Engineers are actively working on this issue.
