People are unable to log in to their email quarantine and may not be able to release messages marked as spam. OTS engineers are working to resolve this issue and will post a follow up alert once resolved.

There is a problem with the security certificate on the login page used to access Office 365 including Outlook on the Web, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The certificate expired and engineers are working to update the certificate which will correct the login page...

The issue with downloading attachments via Chrome from FDS is now resolved.

There is currently an issues downloading attachments from FDS via Google Chrome. Engineers are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. In the meantime, Firefox or Edge can be used to download attachments from FDS.

Google is now reporting all services as available. Any issues with student email or other google services should now be resolved.
