The previously reported issue regarding a privacy error when logging into Microsoft services has been resolved. This issue is believed to have started around 7 PM on December 11, 2021 and was resolved at 10:45 AM on December 12, 2021.

OTS has identified an expired certificate which is causing a Privacy Error when browsing to Outlook on the Web and other Microsoft services like SharePoint and OneDrive. Engineers are working to resolve this issue.

People are unable to log in to their email quarantine and may not be able to release messages marked as spam. OTS engineers are working to resolve this issue and will post a follow up alert once resolved.

There is a problem with the security certificate on the login page used to access Office 365 including Outlook on the Web, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The certificate expired and engineers are working to update the certificate which will correct the login page...
