DUO Reporting Delay in Service

DUO is reporting that some clients may experience a delay in phone and SMS messages when using the service.  OTS is actively monitoring the issue and will post updates as more information is received.

RESOLVED: The vendor has fixed the problem that caused some issues for users on Android devices. Please use TechHelp (https://techhelp.towson.edu) to contact OTS if you continue to experience issues.
