OTS has resolved previously reported issues with the NetID Management System. Work is still underway by OTS engineers to identify a root-cause.

This issue has been resolved. The issue was reported last evening where the NetID Management system (http://www.towson.edu/netid) was not sending text (SMS) messages with one-time passcodes when trying to reset a forgotten password or update a password recovery mobile...

The previously reported Duo issue affecting some Faculty members has been resolved.

Some Faculty attempting to log in using Duo multi-factor may have trouble logging in to services that require Duo. OTS Engineers are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it.

Problems logging into the NetID Management site (https://netid.towson.edu) are resolved for now. Engineers continue to investigate the cause of the interruption and may post an additional communication if needed.
