OTS has resolved the network connectivity issue reported previously. Several services were affected during the incident including PeopleSoft, MyTU, Logins to Office 365, TechHelp, and others. OTS Engineers will continue to investigate the root cause.

The previously reported issue affecting Faculty and Staff logins to some apps/services protected by Duo Multi-Factor Authentication has been resolved. The cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) has identified and resolved the root cause.
