OTS has received reports of individuals having trouble logging into AssetWorks after an apparent change made by the application vendor. OTS staff are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

The issue reported earlier affecting PowerBI, Guest NetID and Retiree NetID management tools and some OTS support tools like AAPST was resolved as of 1:00 pm EDT.

OTS is no longer observing or receiving reports of login issues which appeared to stop after 2:00 PM EDT. OTS engineers continue to investigate the root cause.
