People are unable to log in to their email quarantine and may not be able to release messages marked as spam. OTS engineers are working to resolve this issue and will post a follow up alert once resolved.

It looks like our last alert was posted a few minutes too soon. There are continued slow connections to campus resources from Verizon customers. OTS is closely monitoring this situation.

A Verizon networking issue was causing slow connections to campus resources including remote desktop, virtual workspace, VPN, and possibly other services. Verizon has corrected the configuration and connections to campus are back to normal speeds.

OTS has identified slow connections to desktops and severs when using remote desktop. Engineers are investigating and a follow up alerts will be posted when resolved.
