Email Quarantine Unable to Login

People are unable to log in to their email quarantine and may not be able to release messages marked as spam. OTS engineers are working to resolve this issue and will post a follow up alert once resolved.

RESOLVED – Slow Connections to Campus

A Verizon networking issue was causing slow connections to campus resources including remote desktop, virtual workspace, VPN, and possibly other services. Verizon has corrected the configuration and connections to campus are back to normal speeds.
