Off-campus fax service and analog lines outage from yesterday evening was resolved overnight by the phone service provider and the service has been stable all morning. Please report any further faxing issue by calling the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151

OTS has identified a problem with off-campus inbound and outbound fax service and analog lines. VoIP phones, campus to campus fax service and direct Verizon POTS lines are NOT affected by this outage. Engineers are working with the phone service provider to resolve...
