Microsoft continues to work to find a resolution to access the Microsoft 365 web application for Outlook. We will post an update when we receive more information from Microsoft.

Some clients may receive an “unable to view or access” error when using Microsoft 365 web applications. Desktop and mobile applications are working normally. OTS Engineers are aware and working to resolve this issue.
