Oracle is continuing to work on the issue with scheduled processes. OTS will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update when Oracle provides more information.

We are currently experiencing an issue with scheduled processes in Stratus. The Oracle operations team is working to resolve the issue. We will post an update when information is provided.

RESOLVED: The vendor has fixed the problem that caused some issues for users on Android devices. Please use TechHelp (https://techhelp.towson.edu) to contact OTS if you continue to experience issues.
