File Delivery Service (FDS) Issue Resolved

There was an earlier issue with issue with FDS that lasted approximately 15 minutes. This is now resolved. Please use TechHelp (https://techhelp.towson.edu) to contact OTS if you continue to experience issues.

TechHelp is experiencing delays in processing tickets generated from messages sent to email addresses including Blackboard and replies from TechHelp notifications. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update when the vendor provides more information....

SPSS Reporting License Issues

OTS is investigating reports of expired licensing. OTS engineers are investigating the issue and working on a resolution. We will update when we have more information.
