BitLocker Recovery Portals – Scheduled Maintenance – Resolved
The upgrade to BitLocker (MBAM) did not cause any interruption to the portals. Engineers were able to upgrade each server one at a time without user interruption to the portals. The BitLocker (MBAM) recovery portals (bitlocker.towson.edu/helpdesk and bitlocker.towson.edu/selfservice are down for scheduled maintenance to upgrade MBAM.
