VPN upgrade

OTS will be performing a minor software version upgrade on the VPN server. Intermittent VPN service possible.

ACS system upgrade complete.

ACS system upgrade in progress. VPN and tu-secure wireless connection may experience intermittent connectivity between 7:00 and 9:00am.
