OTS is reporting widespread issues with all web forms. The issues may occur with any forms embedded on webpages, free standing form-based applications or any forms used within Salesforce-based processes like TargetX event registrations, etc. The issues will prevent the form from being submitted. A case has been submitted to our Form Assembly vendor for resolution.
