We are experiencing widespread issues with all webforms. The issues may occur with any forms embedded on webpages, free standing form-based applications or any forms used within Salesforce-based processes like TargetX event registrations, etc. The issues will prevent the form from being submitted. A Case has been submitted to our Form Assembly vendor for resolution.
