There is a server outage that is preventing people from accessing desktops in Virtual Workspace. People may experience this message: All available desktop sources for this desktop are currently busy, or when attempting t start a desktop it will not load. Hardware has been replaced and OTS engineers are currently working to stabilize the desktop environment. A follow-up alert will be posted when the issue is resolved.
