New sites are unable to be automatically created using the TigerWeb self-service portal.
When attempting to activate a new site on TigerWeb, people are being presented with this error: Failed to activate your website. Please try again or contact OTS.
Engineers are working to resolve this issue, however, if a person or class needs sites on TigerWeb, these can be created manually by OTS. Please log a ticket using this link: TigerWeb, WordPress & Web Apps (towson.edu)
